VIRTUAL VEHICLE at the 28th IAVSD 2023

From August 21 to 25, the 28th IAVSD International Symposium on Dynamics of Vehicles on Roads and Tracks conference took place in Ottawa/Canada and VIRTUAL VEHICLE was there live.

More than 250 scientists and researchers from the rail and automotive fields attended the event and presented exciting topics and new findings.

Our colleagues Gabor Müller, Gabriele Scandola and Klaus Six were on site and were allowed to give three presentations in the rail area on the topics of friction, wear and damage in wheel-rail contact.

Klaus Six was a member of the International Scientific Committee (abstract review and session chair) for the third time and organized a session on Track Friendly Vehicles for the ICRI Workshop (International Collaborative Research Initiative on Rolling Contact Fatigue and Wear of Rails and Wheels) which took place during the conference.
