The conference is organized by Kompetenzzentrum – Das virtuelle Fahrzeug Forschungsgesellschaft mbH (“ViF“). As indicated on the website the conference fees are net-prices in euros. The currently applicable VAT will be added. The conference fee includes admission to both days and access to all keynotes, entry to the expo, free meeting and networking area as well as admission to the social evening and to the conference dinner. For the registration the following General Terms and Conditions of participation are valid.

Upon arrival of the registration you will receive a written confirmation per email.
A cancellation, respectively, a refund is not possible. A passing on of tickets to third parties is encouraged.
For exceptional cases, ViF reserves the right to change the conference program and the list of speakers. Furthermore, ViF reserves the right to cancel the conference due to organizational or technical reasons such as force majeure, or other circumstances that are not in the responsibility of ViF. Should the conference be cancelled altogether, ViF will refund the registration fee. Beyond that, there is no entitlement to the reimbursement of further expenditures.
The owed service of ViF is limited to the organization of the conference. ViF is not liable for the quality of lectures and presentations and in particular not for the loss of lecturers as well as the schedule and content of the conference.
Furthermore, ViF assumes no liability for the accuracy and completeness of the lectures and presentations provided. The participants have no claim for certain program points and / or speakers. For damages, ViF shall only be liable for gross negligence and / or willful misconduct. ViF also is not liable for loss or damage of brought or acquired objects and excludes liability for personal injury. Any loss of profit is not replaced.
We ask for payment with credit card. The conference fee is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Any rights pertaining to these conference documents will be held exclusively by ViF. Any copying, digitization, publication, sales or enabling access by way of download or any other use outside of the conference will need the prior agreement by ViF clearly stated in writing.
All disputes arising from or in connection with the conference are subject to Austrian law with the exclusion of its conflict of law rules. Place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from this conference shall be the locally competent court for the seat of ViF.
If any provision of this General Terms and Conditions of participation should be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision a valid and enforceable provision should be applied with effects which come closest to the economic objectives which the parties have pursued originally. The foregoing provisions shall apply correspondingly in the event that the General Terms and Conditions of participation proves to be incomplete.
